It will take up to 14 working days for your parcel to come back and be processed by our returns team. You will receive confirmation from our Customer Service team when your refund has been processed.
If you have not heard from us after 14 working days, please check your tracking information to see if the parcel has arrived with us. If it has please email over a copy of your tracking receipt to contact@tjhughes.co.uk so we can look in to this further with you.
If your tracking doesn’t show it’s been delivered, please contact the courier so they can look in to this for you.
