If your payment has been declined by our payment processor, you will need to re-order your items and re-authenticate the payment.
Common reasons orders fail:
- The billing address on your account doesn’t match the card holder’s address. You can change this from your account page
- The CCV security code has been entered incorrectly
- Your expiry date has been entered incorrectly
- Make sure you have enough funds in your account to cover the items and postage if you’re transferring between accounts
- Your card issuer has declined the transaction. You will need to contact them directly to resolve.
